We would like to offer some guidelines and suggestions to enhance your experience. These guidelines will ensure the most complete cleanse for vitality and renewed energy. Toxins enter through our food, air, water and environment and need to be removed from our bodies because if our cells are healthy then our body will be healthy with optimum cell function. Our bodies have a built-in detoxification system which includes the liver, colon, kidneys, gallbladder, skin, lymph nodes and the blood. For instance, the liver is the primary detoxifier of the body it acts like a filter to prevent toxic substances from passing into your bloodstream. The colon’s main job is to flush out toxic chemicals before they can do any harm. The kidneys constantly filter your blood and get rid of toxins as well.
